Dos and don’ts this summer by Nikita Dutta

Scorching sun is on our head. People are drinking more water and eating less. Let’s check out what the very beautiful Nikita Dutta advice us to do and not to do in this summer heat.

Dos
Keep yourself hydrated. Lots of water
Reach out for summer fruits and veggies coconut water, cucumber, watermelon, gourds etc
Do protect your skin while stepping out.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Exercise for atleast half an hour daily to remove excess toxins and avoid sweating during the day.

Don’ts
Avoid having fried or excessive oil food to keep away from food heat.
Do not step out without applying sunscreen
Avoid using harsh perfumes or deos on bare skin
Do not resort to ice creams and soda drinks to beat the heat
Keep away from consuming a lot of tea or coffee during the summers.⁠⁠⁠⁠
